Refund Policy

All registration fees paid for participation in My City My Run – Amreli are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This includes cases where a participant chooses not to attend, is unable to participate due to personal reasons, medical conditions, scheduling conflicts, or fails to appear on the day of the event.

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions or payment gateway errors. Participants must notify the organisers within seven (7) days of the transaction and provide valid proof of payment for verification. Upon confirmation, the excess amount will be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment. The organisers shall not be responsible for any delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.
