Participation in My City My Run – Amreli is confirmed only upon successful registration and payment of the applicable fee. Once registered, participants are not permitted to cancel their registration. Registration fees are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted to another participant or carried forward to future events, unless specifically announced by the organisers under exceptional circumstances.
In the event that the Run is postponed due to reasons beyond the control of the organisers, such as administrative directives, public safety concerns, natural calamities, or other force majeure conditions, the registration shall remain valid for the rescheduled date. Participants will be informed through official communication channels regarding any such changes.
If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, the organisers reserve the right to determine appropriate next steps, which may include offering a partial refund after deducting administrative and transaction charges, or providing an option to transfer the registration to a future edition of the event. The decision of the organisers on such matters shall be final and binding.
